I've worked in painting and decorating since 2013. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 460 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 20 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Tudor
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
