Tsion Helen Legesse

Retired English literature teacher from Addis Ababa Middle School

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Addis Ababa Middle School
  • 2000 to 2019
  • English, Amharic
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I ran the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir. I'm still learning every day.

More about Tsion

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
