Cross country and fitness coach, Pretoria
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- 1994 to 2012
- English, Zulu
For 18 years I ran the cross country program at Pretoria Boxing Gym in Pretoria. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Tshepo
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
