Trupti D. Kale
Finance mentor, Coimbatore
- 🇮🇳 Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
- Coimbatore Learning Hub
- 1982 to 1999
- English, Marathi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 680 people through Coimbatore Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Trupti
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Trupti: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
