I run Central Bakery in Hồ Chí Minh City. We started in 2011 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I try to remember everyone's name.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Trung
I still cook the same soup every Friday.
What gifts mean to Trung: A gift would go toward ingredients for community meals.
