Trisha T. Torres
20 years teaching agriculture in Bacolod
- 🇵🇭 Bacolod, Negros Occidental, Philippines
- Bacolod Middle School
- 1980 to 2014
- English, Filipino
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 34 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Trisha: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
