Trevor P. Spence
Volunteer mentor with Kingston Association
- 🇯🇲 Kingston, Kingston, Jamaica
- 1981 to 2001
- English
For 20 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Trevor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

you helped me get my first first-generation students job in 1988. I still have your notes. Truly.
