Biology and English literature teacher, Austin
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States
- Austin Secondary School
- Since 1978
- English
For 48 years I have been the biology teacher at Austin Secondary School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Travis
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

I was in your Grade 8 class in 2014. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Dhaka.
