I coached badminton at Los Angeles Youth Club from 2007 to 2025. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Travis
If you played for me, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.
What gifts mean to Travis: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
