Travis Houston
Agriculture and religious studies teacher, Brooklyn
- 🇺🇸 Brooklyn, New York, United States
- Brooklyn High School
- Since 2007
- English
For 19 years I have been the agriculture teacher at Brooklyn High School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Travis
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

I'm a software developer now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Medellín.

You taught me agriculture in 2010 at Brooklyn High School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
