- 1994 to 2002
- English
I taught linguistics at Nottingham University from 1994 to 2002, and supervised 60 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.
More about Travis
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
