I've coached martial arts at Johannesburg Hope Swimming Club since 1996. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
More about Tracey
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Tracey: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 1996. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Venice.
