Helping people break into teaching

For 39 years I've mentored people in teaching and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Toru: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
