15 years teaching history in Tokyo

I teach history at Tokyo Technical College in Tokyo since 2015. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I play music while people worked. Over the years I've had 430 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Toru

If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the end-of-term party.

What gifts mean to Toru: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
