Toru Masuda

Teacher at Fukuoka Middle School, loves geography

  • 🇯🇵 Fukuoka, Fukuoka, Japan
  • Fukuoka Middle School
  • Since 2009
  • Japanese
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 17 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Over the years I've had 920 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Toru

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
