I'm a textiles artist based in Tokyo. I've been making things since 1988 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by the people on my bus route. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Tomoya
I've had 7 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
