Tomoko Yoko Uchida
Mentor in nursing and small business
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Tokyo Community Trust
- Since 2014
- Japanese
For twelve years I've mentored people in nursing and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

What gifts mean to Tomoko: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
