Helping people break into engineering
- 🇮🇹 Lecce, Puglia, Italy
- Lecce Association
- 1996 to 2024
- Italian, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Lecce Association.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 2021. I still have your notes. Greetings from Warangal.
