Tomasz Jan Kozłowski
Volunteer mentor with Orchid Youth Network
- 🇵🇱 Radom, Masovia, Poland
- Orchid Youth Network
- Since 2017
- Polish, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 500 people through Orchid Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Tomasz
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
