I've been a nurse for 17 years, most of them in mental health at Good Shepherd University Hospital in Gdańsk. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
