Tomás W. Martínez
Volunteer mentor with Austin Mentoring Circle
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States
- Since 1990
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,440 people through Austin Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
