Tomás R. Estrada

Volunteer mentor with St. Mary's Community Trust

  • 🇨🇴 Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia
  • St. Mary's Community Trust
  • Since 2018
  • Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through St. Mary's Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm still learning every day.

More about Tomás

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
