Tomás K. Pérez
Volunteer mentor with Mar del Plata Mentoring Circle
- 🇦🇷 Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- 2002 to 2025
- Spanish, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,290 people through Mar del Plata Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Tomás
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
