Tomás D. Paredes
Mentor in nursing and engineering
- 🇲🇽 Puebla, Puebla, Mexico
- Puebla Association
- 2011 to 2020
- Spanish
For nine years I've mentored people in nursing and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
