I'm a mentor in finance. I've spent my career as a mechanic and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Tomás
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Tomás: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
