Tomás A. Lara

Professor of public health, Oaxaca de Juárez State University

  • 🇲🇽 Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, Mexico
  • Oaxaca de Juárez State University
  • Since 1994
  • English, Spanish
My subject is public health, and for 32 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Oaxaca de Juárez State University. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
