Mentor in farming and teaching

For 25 years I've mentored people in farming and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Tolga: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2005. I still have your notes. Greetings from Multan.
