Tolga Mert Başaran
Writing mentor, Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Mentoring Circle
- 2015 to 2024
- English, Turkish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 390 people through Istanbul Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Tolga
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Tolga: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
