Todd Hunter
Volunteer mentor with Rochester Association
- 🇺🇸 Rochester, Minnesota, United States
- Rochester Association
- 1990 to 2016
- English
For 26 years I've mentored people in farming and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Todd
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
