Todd F. Schmidt
Teaching mentor, Victoria
- 🇨🇦 Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
- Harbor Community Trust
- 2013 to 2022
- English
For nine years I've mentored people in teaching and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
What gifts mean to Todd: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 2024. I still have your notes. Greetings from Lahore.
