Tobias Michael Lorenz

Professor of civil engineering, Liberty University

  • 🇩🇪 Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany
  • Liberty University
  • Since 1978
  • German
I've spent 48 years as a lecturer in civil engineering at Liberty University in Mannheim. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Tobias: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
