For eleven years I ran the athletics program at Hanoi Swimming Club in Hanoi. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Toàn: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
