Tizita Saba Zewdie

Baking, done properly

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Little Addis Ababa Trades Guild
  • 1993 to 2008
  • English
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1993 in Addis Ababa and I'm still there most mornings. Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.

More about Tizita

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
