I've been a nurse for eight years, most of them in surgery at Ikeja University Hospital in Ikeja. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
