For 20 years I ran the hockey program at Khulna Baobab Swimming Club in Khulna. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
