Tithi Lipi Barua
Mentor in farming and recovery
- 🇧🇩 Rajshahi, Rajshahi, Bangladesh
- Acacia Foundation
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Bengali
For eight years I've mentored people in farming and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Tithi: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2025. I still have your notes. Greetings from Brandon.
