Tippawan Malee Prasertsak
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇭 Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand
- Old Unity Works
- Since 2004
- English
I've worked in baking since 2004. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,190 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.

Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Tippawan: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.

You fixed our roof in 2007 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Cambridge.
