Plumbing, done properly

I've worked in plumbing since 1986. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,000 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 12 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Ting: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
