Timur Polyakov

Mentor in first-generation students and small business

  • 🇷🇺 Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia
  • Baobab Learning Hub
  • Since 1988
  • English
For 38 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
