Tim Hans Walter
Volunteer mentor with Gateway Association
- 🇩🇪 Berlin, Berlin, Germany
- Gateway Association
- 1984 to 2022
- English, German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,900 people through Gateway Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Tim
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
