I teach history at Bamboo Girls' School in Surakarta since 2006. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I've had 720 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
