Tigist Roman Abate
Cross country and fitness coach, Hawassa
- 🇪🇹 Hawassa, Sidama, Ethiopia
- Central Community Club
- Since 1996
- English, Amharic, French
For 30 years I've run the cross country program at Central Community Club in Hawassa. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Tigist
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
