Tigist Aster Nigussie
Agriculture and drama teacher, Addis Ababa
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Since 1995
- English
I teach agriculture at Addis Ababa Secondary School in Addis Ababa since 1995. Most days I teach Grade 4, and I learn every name in the first week.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Tigist
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
