My subject is computer science, and for nine years I get to share it with undergraduates at San Antonio State University.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Tiffany
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Tiffany: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
