Tian Liao
Self-taught textiles artist
- 🇺🇸 Toledo, Ohio, United States
- 2015 to 2025
- English, Mandarin
I work mostly in textiles, sometimes digital art. My first show was in 2015 at The Starlight Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at The Starlight Studio, which keeps me honest.
More about Tian
I've had 5 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Tian: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
