Tiago Manoel Silva
Farming mentor, São Paulo
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- Fairview Association
- Since 1980
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,580 people through Fairview Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Tiago
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Tiago: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2008. I still have your notes. Greetings from Mumbai.
