Thủy Tuyết Dao
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇻🇳 Hải Phòng, Hải Phòng, Vietnam
- Beacon Shop
- 2002 to 2025
- English
I've worked in baking from 2002 to 2025. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 580 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Thủy
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
