Thủy Như Vu
Baking, done properly
- 🇻🇳 Cầu Giấy, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Old Lotus Shop
- Since 1995
- English, Vietnamese
I've worked in baking since 1995. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,710 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Thủy
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Thủy: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
