For 36 years I've run the rugby program at Birmingham Boxing Gym in Birmingham. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
