Thomas Randolph
Mentor in farming and teaching
- 🇺🇸 Dallas, Texas, United States
- Dallas Learning Hub
- 2007 to 2021
- English
For 14 years I've mentored people in farming and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
